On March 19th, the New Energy Production Department conducted a distinctive safety training session. This initiative not only emphasized the dissemination of theoretical knowledge but also incorporated hands-on training in safe operational practices. The primary objective of this training was to equip employees with a thorough understanding of safety protocols while enhancing their operational skills. Ultimately, the training aimed to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of the production line, thereby establishing a robust foundation for the company's sustainable development.
Production manager Xue Haijun provided an extensive overview of the standard operating procedures for production, highlighting potential safety hazards and the appropriate emergency response protocols. Each participant approached the training with seriousness, exhibiting a commendable level of enthusiasm and initiative. They actively took part in a range of operational exercises, thereby enhancing their technical skills and proficiency in handling emergencies.
